Dayna K. Morrison, MPH

Senior Director of AETC Programs

  • Dayna K. Morrison brings over 20 years of experience working with people living with HIV/AIDS in Oregon and abroad. In her current role as Program Manger for the Oregon AETC and Lead Faculty for SOGI (sexual orientation/gender identity), Ms. Morrison has provided capacity building assistance to health care systems, federally qualified health centers, and clinicians in efforts to build more inclusive healthcare environments. Additionally, she has coordinated the LGBTQ+ Health Coalition of the Columbia-Willamette since 2010 representing LGBTQ+ voices in Health Equity Workgroups through the Oregon Health Authority. Previous professional positions include Director of HIV Services at Quest Center for Integrative Health, and Program Coordinator for the CDC Global AIDS Program.

Ashley Allison

Prevention Director

  • Ashley brings to the team over six years of experience in direct patient care, research, and project coordination in reproductive health and HIV prevention and care. Ashley has spent the past several years of her career splitting her time between Portland, Oregon and Johannesburg, South Africa working to improve health outcomes among diverse and underserved populations. In Portland, Ashley worked in direct patient care at Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette providing support and health education to patients accessing care. In Johannesburg, Ashley worked as a Development Officer and Project Coordinator in the design, implementation, and coordination of several large-scale HIV testing and ART adherence support programs and projects.

Rayna Appenzeller, JD

Practice Transformation Senior Manager

  • Rayna is the Practice Transformation Lead for the Oregon AETC, and works with FQHCs across the state on quality improvement and systems level change. She works to improve access along the HIV Care Continuum among Black, Latinx and Indigenous Populations. Rayna is passionate about health policy, equitable procedures, quality improvement tools, and taking an interdisciplinary approach to systems level change.

Rachel Greim, MPH

Equity Manager

  • Rachel is the Equity Lead and SOGI trainer for the Oregon AETC. She’s been with the AETC since July 2020 and in addition to her SOGI work, coordinates trainings on anti-racism and trauma-informed care for the HIV workforce in Oregon and coordinates the biennial 2SLGBTQ+ Meaningful Care Conference. Originally from San Diego, CA, Rachel moved to Portland, Oregon to complete her masters in public health at the OHSU-PSU School of Public Health
